Maco Equity Partners ("we", "us") operates macoequitypartners.com. We collect as little personal information as this site can function with, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.
What we collect
- Contact & enquiry forms. If you submit our enquiry or research-subscription form, we receive the information you type (such as your name and email address). Form submissions are delivered to us by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form relay.
- Deal Analyzer activity. When you sign in to the Deal Analyzer or click interest on a deal, the portal sends us a notification email — relayed through FormSubmit — that includes the event, the deal involved, and the access code you signed in with. That is how we know when subscribers use the tool and which deals have interest.
- Analytics. None. This site currently runs no analytics service — no page-view tracking, no pixels, no visitor profiles. If we ever add analytics, we will update this policy first.
- No advertising trackers. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no ad-network code.
How we use it
Contact details are used solely to respond to your enquiry or to send you the research you asked for. Analyzer sign-in and deal-interest notifications are used to run trials, manage subscriptions, and follow up on deals — nothing else. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing deals@macoequitypartners.com.
Third-party services
Pages on this site load resources from third parties that have their own privacy practices: Google Fonts (typefaces), unpkg (the Leaflet mapping library), CARTO and OpenStreetMap (basemap tiles on our homepage), and FormSubmit (form delivery and Analyzer notifications). Inside the Deal Analyzer, your browser also fetches property data directly from government and Esri public-records endpoints — Miami-Dade County GIS, ArcGIS feature services, FEMA flood maps — so those services see your IP address the way any site you visit does. None of these third parties receive your form contents except FormSubmit, which relays them to us.
The Deal Analyzer portal
Three things to know about how the portal handles data:
- Your pipeline stays in your browser. Deal statuses, notes, and CRM data live in your browser's local storage, on your device. We keep no server copy — which also means clearing your browser data deletes it, so use the portal's backup feature.
- Sign-ins and deal interest are reported to us. When you log in or flag interest in a deal, the portal emails us (via FormSubmit) the event, the deal, and the access code you used. This is the one thing the portal transmits about you.
- Property data comes straight from the source. County records, comps, and flood data are fetched by your browser directly from Miami-Dade County and other public ArcGIS endpoints — not through our servers.
Property owners
The Deal Analyzer surfaces information about Florida properties drawn from public records. If you believe data about your property is inaccurate, email deals@macoequitypartners.com and we will review and correct or remove it.
